During the years 1990-2000 we were involved in many projects concerning "change". An important factor for succes is changing the behaviour of people.

To get a grip of this challenge we invented fit-to-position". Linking business results and quality of people. It proved to be a powerfull tool managing changes.

We decided to build fit-to-position as a webbased instrument. since 2004 fit-to-position is our main focus. We found that organisations know elements of talent management but are struggling to manage the talents. Providing tools to build data, making knowledge out of it and improve business.

Our organisation consist of managent and HR consultants and IT specialists. In total 30 people today. Our goal is not to be the biggest, but to be the best in adding value to Human Resource Management.
