Marel decided to facilitate Talent management with Fit-to-Position for all companies worldwide.

After the decision for aligning the Performance and development proces was made a facilitating tool was needed. One of the companie was already user of Fit-to-Position. After internal selection Fit-to-Position was chosen because current experiences were very positive, criteria could be managed both centrally and local, key positions and succession plan are managed in a practival way, the tool is multilabgual and service via SaaS

The first fase is "get connected". All employees will be review basd on the same criteria.
