Fit-to-position is a complete solution. To make Talent Managenent work for you a selection of so called "building blocks" need to be chosen. Examples are: fases and moments to register, the selection, if any, of key performance indicators, the competences, functions and roles etc.  And other criteria important in the development of you employees. We have standard libraries of blocks and we can help build your own specific library. In our databases we know what competencies are frequently used and if the determine succes or failure.

The building blocks then need to be implemented in the system. This is an activity that you can do yourself, but we can also do that for you. In most cases we provide the first concept and then train the key user how to do it by his/herself.
